JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindigul in E.A.No.1 of 2013 in C.C.No.18 of 2009 dated 20.01.2014.
2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindigul, in E.A.No.1 of 2013 in C.C.No.18 of 2009 dated 20.01.2014 against the accused persons is not executed so far and the respondent police did not take any steps to secure the accused. Hence, he came before this Court with this writ petition.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the Non Bailable Warrant, which has been issued by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindigul, on 20.01.2014 could not be executed, due to the addressee is not in the said address. He further submitted that the above said fact have not been informed to the authority concerned by the respondent police.
6. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to inform the status of the execution of the Non Bailable Warrant, issued against the accused persons in E.A.No.1 of 2013 in C.C.No.18 of 2009 to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindigul as early as possible.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
