Balaram, Advocate) ..Respondent This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to pass an order, modifying the order dated 18.06.2013 passed by the learned I Addl. Prl. Family Judge, Bengaluru City on I.A.No.2, in so far as the quantum of maintenance is concerned, enhancing the maintenance to be paid at the rate of Rs.1,50,000/- per month in favour of the petitioners, by the respondent allowing the said I.A.No. II in entirety.
