Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the custody of the petitioner No. 1 has already been handed over to petitioner No. 2 on the basis of compromise and now no grievance remains between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the present habeas corpus writ petition is disposed of.
