1. The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of house repairing.
2. Learned APP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. The convict is undergoing life imprisonment for offences under Sections 302 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code in Sessions Case No.124 of 2009, wherein he was convicted by judgment and order dated 31.05.2010. As on 27.06.2012, the convict has undergone only 1 year, 11 months and 24 days. In the month of May-June 2011 when he was granted temporary bail for a period of 20 days, he absconded and was lodged back in jail by the police only on 31.03.2012.
3. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, the Court is not inclined to grant the prayer for temporary bail. The application is rejected.
