1. Heard Mr. Suresh Shelat, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Pahwa, learned advocate for respondent No.2.
2. The petitioner has moved draft amendment. A copy has been served to the respondents.
3. During the hearing, it is submitted that Special Civil Application No.9237 of 2010 has been finally heard by the Court (Coram: Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.R. Brahmbhatt) and the judgment is awaited.
4. It is submitted that the observations by the Court and the decision of the Court in the said matter has relevance in this petition also, so far as the request of present petitioner is concerned and the petitioner's request may be considered by the same Court. Registry is, thus, requested to take necessary action, after and as per the order by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice.

Shelat, learned Senior Counsel has submitted that the scheduled meeting is to be convened on Monday, i.e. on 2.7.2012.
