Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there is some error in the prayer clause and some necessary pleadings could not be made, therefore, the petitioners want to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed.
Certified copy of the order dated 20.11.2018 filed along with this petition shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining a photostat copy thereof in the records.
