1. The petitioner has filed further affidavit on 9th July, 2012, wherein, it has been stated as under:
"I say that the AMC was pleased to give a copy of B.U. Permission (rajachhithi) obtained by the original owner of the land qua the school property alongwith the approved plans for school building."
2. In view of the further affidavit in reply, it will be appropriate to remand the matter to the respondent No.1 as copy of the approved plan alongwith the B.U. Permission given by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, is annexed with this affidavit as Annexure:I.
3. The impugned order dated 30.03.2010 is quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded to the respondent No.1 with a direction to pass a fresh order, keeping in mind the observations made above.
4. With the aforesaid observations and directions, petition stands disposed of.
