JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner is present. Mr.S.K.Rameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO (erstwhile TNEB) is present on behalf of the respondents. 2 Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition and therefore, he is withdrawing the writ petition. Necessary endorsement has been made in the Court records. To be noted, the papers before me are in the form of a reconstructed file, reconstructed at the request and at the instance of the writ petitioner. 3 In view of the submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
