JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been file for challenging the order of allowing the substitution application at the cost of Rs. 2000/-. The order passed on 23.3.1996 in Misc. Case No. 5-C/1995 (Smt. S. Chaudhari Vs. Prakash Reva Chandra Narayani) was for restoration of S.C.C. suit no. 3 of 1992. This writ petition has also been filed for staying the operation of the impugned order.
