(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier order, the matters have appeared today. We direct Mr Dastoor, Chief Fire Officer, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to communicate to this Court the Municipal addresses of 25 buildings where the owners have not installed any fire protection system. We are told by Mr Dastoor that in spite of having no such fire protection system and in spite of the fact that the Municipal Corporation consequently has not issued any permission to use the buildings, those buildings are being now occupied.
Let the matters appear on December 21, 2012 for disclosing the Municipal addresses of those 25 buildings.
