(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier order, the matters have appeared today. Mr. Shelat, the learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has placed before us a list showing the names and addresses of 24 different buildings where there is neither any existing fire safety system nor is there any permission to occupy the building, nevertheless those are occupied. The list is ordered to be taken on record.
In such circumstances, let notice be issued upon the Chairman and Secretary of the buildings mentioned at Sl. No. 3 to 6 and 9 to 24.
So far as the buildings mentioned at Sl. No. 1, 2, 7 and 8 are concerned, let notice be issued upon the Circle General Manager, BSNL of the concerned Telecom Circle.
Let such notice be made returnable on 10th January 2013.
Let such notice be issued by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation informing that the notice is issued pursuant to the directions contained in the order and that the matters will come up before this Court on the aforesaid date.
Let an ordinary copy of this order be forthwith given to Mr. Satyam Chhaya, the learned advocate for the Municipal Corporation, so that along with the notice, a copy of our order may also be annexed.
