ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 06.09.2017 and 08.09.2017 vide Annexures – C and C1.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
3. Consequently, the petition is disposed off.
Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner vide Annexure –C and C1 in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance in four weeks.
