(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Rakesh Patel is directed to file additional affidavit stating therein in clear words as to :-
(i) on what date and by what manner, the appellant was informed about the date of the meeting;
(ii) how many persons were supposed to participate in the meeting;
(iii) how many persons had participated in the meeting;
(iv) whether any person other than the petitioner was absent and what action has been taken by the respondents against the said persons who are absent in the meeting;
(v) who informed the appellant and if informed by telephone, what was the reply given by the appellant.
The additional affidavit to the above effect may be filed within two weeks. List on 2.11.2012.
