JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents shall file an affidavit annexing the advertisement in pursuance of which the appellant was appointed and if there was no advertisement, it shall be explained then how the appointment can be made by simply taking the interview. He shall also bring on record the Rules and Regulations which is required to be followed for recruitment of an MBBS Doctor in Government Service and under which power, the respondent No.2 - Commissioner has appointed the appellant on adhoc basis. List on 8.10.2012.
