On behalf of the petitioner an affidavit dated 22 nd June 2007 is tendered today during the course of hearing, in which it is inter-alia stated that total amount of Rs.1,59,438/- in respect of unpaid gratuity, difference of salary, etc. is still payable by the respondent- municipality. As the copy of the affidavit is served on the other side today only, the respondent shall file an affidavit to deal with the claim made by the petitioner. At the request of Mr Pravin Panchal to enable him to file the aforesaid affidavit, let the matter be placed after three weeks.
