Learned Standing Counsel submits that the property which was sealed earlier has now been released on 24.2.2019 and on such, this petition for writ has become infructuous.
The statements made by learned counsel is on the basis of instructions avail from the City Magistrate- Administrative Officer, Saray, Gautam Budh Nagar.
In view of the statements made by learned Standing Counsel, this petition for writ has become infructuous.
Dismissed accordingly.
A copy of the instructions be taken on record.
It is made clear that all other issues except sealing part of the property can very well be agitated by the petitioners if any grievance be made by the availing appropriate remedy.
