This is second bail application. The first bail application came to be rejected on 25.02.2020.
This bail application has been moved to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 389 of 2019, under section 306 I.P.C., P.S. Dibai, District Bulandshahar.
Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that it is not in the public interest to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no new ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
The Registrar General of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court for compliance.
