Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner retired from the post of assistant teacher on 30.6.2013 from Kedar Nath Madhyamik Vidyalay Eekari, district Etawah, but certain amount of his post retirement benefits have been short paid by the respondents and despite the representation no action has been taken so far.
Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent no.3 and an appropriate order in accordance with law, shall be passed by the respondent no.3 within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.9.2017 and to pass an order strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
