Sri Mahboob Ahmad has received notices on behalf of the respondent no. 3.
Present application has been filed with a prayer that the court below be directed to decide the Suit No. 643 of 1999 (Mewa and another vs. Shiv Murat and others) within stipulated period.
The suit is of the year 1999.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the court below to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one and half years from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him provided there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
