ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in adjusting 50% of penalty in future bills pertaining to Service Nos. A5023153, 03002658, DZ012721, G4000827, DZ009458, V6075903, V6060604, V6084769, A1017397, A1027955, 268803328, A10128151 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice.”
After arguing the case, Sri Harsh Kumar Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to make a representation to the respondents for waiver of 50% of penalty and avail fresh remedy, in the event, the respondents do not positively consider their request.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
