JUDGMENT / ORDER

The judgment dated 11/12/2014 is recalled.
The petitioners, aggrieved by renewal of licence to operate a Crusher Unit by respondents 9 and 10 filed an appeal before the Panchayat Committee. Ext.P6 is the copy of the memorandum of appeal. In view of the appeal as such filed before the Panchayat Committee, there shall be a direction to the Panchayat Committee to dispose Ext.P6 within a period of ten days after hearing the petitioners and the party respondents. Till then status quo as on today will continue.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
