ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner’s agency to provide food to the children of the fifth respondent-school under the Mid- Day Meal Scheme.
This Writ Petition was filed in the year 2008 and later on this Court by order dated 26.12.2008 directed to maintain status quo. In the absence of interim order at the time of admission of this Writ Petition and since subsequent arrangements made were continued by virtue of the interim order of this Court dated 26.12.2008, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
