Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for direction to the trial court to decide Restoration Application No. 23 of 2014 arising out of Original Suit No. 59 of 2010 (Ved Prakash vs. Colonel Kocher & Others), expeditiously.
The restoration application is pending at the instance of the plaintiff-respondent seeking restoration of the suit to its original number. The petitioners are defendants in the suit.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the restoration application no. 23 of 2014 expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
