Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Shashi Bhushan Rai, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for quashing the impugned order dated 29.10.2014 passed by the respondent no.2/Deputy Commissioner and Civil Supply, Agra Mandal, Agra.

Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
