Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that a mandamus be issued directing the District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar / respondent no. 2 to decide the application no. 4 of 2019 filed on 26.03.2019 under Section 152 C.P.C. expeditiously.
Having heard the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to dispose of the petitioners' application no. 4 of 2019 filed on 26.03.2019 under Section 152 C.P.C., expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
