1. Heard Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State of U.P. through video conferencing in view of COVID-19 pandemic.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned charge-sheet filed in Case Crime No. 139 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., 3(1)DA, & 3(1) Dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Neemgaon, District Lakhimpur Kheri as well as the impugned summoning order dated 30.1.2021 passed by A.S.J. Second Court, Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No. 70 of 2021 (contained as Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this writ petition).
3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant restricts his prayer to the extent that a direction may be given to the court below to consider the application for bail expeditiously.
4. Learned A.G.A. does not object to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
5. In view of above, in case the applicant surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks' from today and applies for bail, the court below shall consider his bail application and decide the same expeditiously.
6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. isdisposed off.
