The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent no.1, Civil Judge (Senior Division) 1st, Hapur to decide the Suit No.07/2018 (Smt. Pragya Tyagi Vs. Smt. Kunjan alias Gunjan Tyagi and Others) expeditiously. Copy of the order sheet has been filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1, Civil Judge (Senior Division) 1st, Hapur to decide the Suit No.07/2018 (Smt. Pragya Tyagi Vs. Smt. Kunjan alias Gunjan Tyagi and Others) according to his own roster keeping in mind the oldest cases.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
