1. On 22nd February, 2012, this court had made on order in the following terms:-
"Shri L.B. Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor under the instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer, who is personally present in the Court, has stated at the Bar that at present the investigation is with City Crimes, Ahmedabad and the investigation is in progress. He has requested for a month's time to conclude the investigation. Hence, stand over to 26th March 2012."

Krina Calla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits, under instructions of the Investigating Officer who is personally present before the court, that the investigation is concluded and a C-summary report has been submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch who has approved of the same and that the same has been forwarded to the Special Police Commissioner, Crime Branch for further approval and is pending at that stage. Mr. S.V. Raju, learned senior advocate for the applicant and Mr. Y.N. Oza, learned senior advocate for the contesting respondent have jointly agreed to conduct the matter on 26th April, 2012.
