(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of period of temporary bail which was granted by this Court for 30 days, to enable him to get his mother treated. The convict is present before the Court in person. He states that operation is already undergone and extract was sent for biopsy wherein it is reported malignant. The convict further states that his mother is referred to Cancer Hospital and Cancer Hospital has advised her to undertake investigation afresh so as to decide as to what treatment is required.

Taking into consideration the fact that the convict has a brother to attend the ailing mother and the fact that the convict had availed 20 days of temporary bail during May--June 2012 and 30 days of temporary bail during June-July 2012, the Court finds no reason to grant him temporary bail. Hence the application is rejected.
