JUDGMENT / ORDER

Endorsement on the Board shows "Respondents No.6 and 9 as unserved-expired". Vide order dated 29.8.2011 passed in Civil Application No.7085 of 2011, the application made by the appellant for bringing on record the heirs and legal representatives of respondents No.6 and 9 came to be rejected by holding that the civil appeal itself stood abated qua the said respondents. In the circumstances, the Registry to delete the respondents No.6 and 9 from the array of respondents.
Stand over to 15.02.2012.
