Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. By the present petition, petitioners pray for a direction to the court below to decide the Case no. 6332 of 2016 ( State Vs. Sanjeev Kumar Singh and other) under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act Police Station Kotwali District Ballia pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Ballia within a stipulated time. .
This court on administrative side has already issued directions to the court below to obtain zero pendency of cases which are more than five years old. In view of directions already issued on administrative side, the trial court is expected to decide the present case which is pending since the year 2001 expeditiously without any further delay looking in the facts and circumstances of the case it is provided that the case may be disposed of within a period of one year, if possible.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
