Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent – Pollution Control Board, states on instructions that the petitioner was issued consent for operation under Order dt.9.9.2014 and hence the grievance in the writ petition no longer survives for consideration. A copy of the consent order dated 9.9.2014 is also produced and the same is taken on record.
In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance in the writ petition stands settled. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
