ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) Learned Government Pleader has placed before this Court the proceedings of the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise bearing No.Cr.No.15109/2012/CPE/E2 dated 17.04.2013 and the said order shows that the order of this Court in PIL.No.391 of 2012 dated 03.12.2012 is complied with.
2. In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case.
The contempt case is accordingly closed. Petitioner, however, is at liberty to question the said order, in accordance with law, if aggrieved thereby. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
