Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, barring offence punishable under Section 294B of the Indian Penal Code, other offences are non-cognizable and, further, version of the complainant does not inspire confidence since no detail about alleged scuffle is provided and no record exists about treatment taken by the complainant anywhere.

In view of the above, ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 16(c).
