JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Rule.
Mr. J.K.Shah, learned APP waives service of Rule on behalf of the Respondent-State.
2. The instant application is filed seeking extension of temporary bail period for 30 more days.
3. Having considered submissions of Ms. K.M.Shah, learned counsel for the applicant, it appears that on the ground of sickness of the wife of the applicant-accused, this Court vide order dated 17.05.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 6723/2012 granted temporary bail for 21 days. It is submitted that because of deteriorating health condition of the wife of the applicant, operation could not be performed and therefore the applicant filed criminal Misc. Application No. 7570/2012 for extension and vide order dated 6.6.2012, the temporary bail, earlier granted, was extended upto 15.06.2012. It is submitted that even during this period because of the adverse physical condition of the wife of the applicant, the operation could not be performed, but now the surgery is scheduled on 16.06.2012 as per the certification of Dr. Mahendra L. Patel dated 11.06.2012.
4. Heard Mr. J. K. Shah, learned APP for the respondent-state.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on behalf of the applicant, the temporary bail period is further extended for 15 days hereof on the same terms and conditions on which the temporary bail order was passed earlier. Upon completion of such period, the applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail authority.
6. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. Permitted.
