On instructions from the officer, who is present, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K.P.Raval submits that the chargesheet though has not been filed in this case, custodial interrogation of the accused respondent is not needed and he has been cooperating in the investigation.
He further urges that there is no complaint of any misconduct in the post-bail period.
Learned advocate appearing for the complainant on repeated calling also chose not to remain present. On having ascertained from the learned APP status and other requite details of this case, this application deserves no entertainment and is dismissed.
