In the backdrop of submissions made by learned senior advocate about the failure on the part of the complainant to seek relief from various authority including this Court, ultimately resulted in this complaint in succession and, therefore, a case is made out at this stage for issuance of Notice returnable on 5.3.2012.
Meanwhile there shall adinterim relief in terms of para 6(B) fill further order.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.1 shall answer why he should not be prosecuted for abusing the process of law.
