This petition is the converted form of original Civil Revision Application No.495 of 2002, wherein ad interim relief is operating since 2002 and confirmed as interim relief on 3rd May 2002. Learned AGP Mr.Rakesh Patel appearing with learned Government Pleader submitted that he is not supplied with the papers, and hence, he is unable to proceed. Learned counsel, Mr.N.D.Songara is present for the respondent. Learned counsel, Mr.Songara stated that he will supply papers to learned AGP. S.O. to 10th April 2012.
