This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 6.1.2019 as well as order taking cognizance dated 15.02.2019 in Case No.946 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No.210 of 2018, under Sections 420, 413, 414, IPC, P.S. Bhuta, district Bareilly.
The F.I.R. of the Case Crime No.210 of 2018 was lodged against Pradyumna, Vishal and Vimal. During investigation it is alleged that the applicant was arrested on 21.8.2018 along with motorcycle the subject property of the case. After arrest the applicant confessed his guilt.The police submitted charge after investigation. Thus there is sufficient material before the Magistrate to take cognizance and the order dated 15.02.2019 does not suffer from any illegality.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has no merit and it is dismissed.
