Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 18.08.2021 registered as Case Crime no.0333/2021 under Section 302, 498-A, 504, 506, 323 IPC, P.S. Khutar, District Shahjahanpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation final report has been submitted and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous, however, leave may be accorded to avail the remedy as available in law.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous with the liberty to avail the remedy as available in law.
