By means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Execution Application No.64 of 2018 passed in Original Suit No.64 of 1970 pending in the Court of Civil Judge, (S.D.) Meerut within a stipulated period.
Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge, (S.D.) Meerut to decide the Execution Application No.64 of 2018 passed in Original Suit No.64 of 2018, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
