1. The present application is filed by the convict praying for temporary bail for a period of one month so as to get himself treated for nasal septum deviated towards right side with ipsilateral septal spur.
2. Learned APP made available for perusal the Jail remarks which shows that the convict was on furlough leave from 17.5.2012 to 30.5.2012 for 14 days.
3. The certificate produced by the convict from Dr. Atul H. Kansara, states that the applicant-convict was examined on 16.5.2012 and the certificate is dated 26.5.2012. It is stated in the certificate that he will be benefited with surgery (Bil FESS + Septoplan). It is also stated in the certificate that the applicant-convict requires 15 days rest after surgery.
4. The learned APP to verify the contents of the application and also explain as to how the applicant-convict could be examined on 16.5.2012 by the Doctor when he was on furlough from 17.5.2012 to 30.5.2012. SO to 20.6.2012.
