The petitioner laments that the corrected certified copy of the judgment in A.S. No. 2/2007 on the file of the court of the I Additional District Judge of Thrissur is yet to be obtained. The correction is for the purpose of incorporating the name of the petitioner as the legal heir of his father who was the sole appellant in A.S. No. 2/2007.
2. I direct the lower appellate court to issue certified/carbon copy of the judgment after correction to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Further proceedings in execution of the decree in O.S. No. 20/2002 on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Wadakkanchery shall be put on hold for a period of three weeks.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
