It is an admitted fact that regular appeals have been filed against the decree in all these cases and the lower appellate court stayed the operation of the decree during the pendency of the appeals. In the light of the said fact, the purpose for which these O.P.Cs were filed no longer survive and these Original Petitions have become infructuous.

Hence, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
