Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State- respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the H.M.P. No. 272 of 2017 (Pradeep Yadav Vs. Smt. Reetu Yadav, filed under section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
