(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Since the appellant is appearing in person, as prayed for by Mr Joshi previously appearing on behalf of the appellant, his name may be deleted.
The appellant in person submits that he does not press paragraph 2 of his affidavit-in-rejoinder dated January 30, 2012 and apologizes for the statements made in the said paragraph against the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respondents. We, therefore, delete paragraph 2 of the said rejoinder.
As prayed for by respondent No.4 to give an opportunity to file an affidavit-in-rejoinder in respect of paragraph 5 of the affidavit-in-rejoinder filed by the appellant where some fact has been mentioned for the first time, we give time to file such affidavit within a week from today. An advance copy should be served upon the appellant by next Tuesday (7-2-2012).
Let the matter appear on February 8, 2012.
