This Company Petition coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following :
ORDER A memo has been filed by M/s. Pradeep Surgipack, the petitioner-Company, for bringing on record the fact that the petitioner-Company has received an amount of Rs.1,71,449/-, from the respondent-Company. The petitioner has accepted the said amount as full and final payment of the debt owed by the respondent-Company to the petitioner-Company. Therefore, according to the petitioner no further debts are due from the respondent-Company.
Considering the fact that petitioner has accepted Rs.1,71,449/- as full and final payment, no debt is outstanding against the respondent-Company. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of.
