This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:
"I. Issues a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 01.03.2019 passed by respondent no. 3 (contained as annexure no. 9 to the writ petition)."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
A perusal of the record shows that the Respondent No. 4 was transferred to Block Bahua, Fatehpur from Block Vijaipur by order dated 23.2.2019 passed by the Respondent No. 3, District Development Officer but again by the impugned order dated 1.3.2019 passed by the Respondent No. 3, the earlier order dated 23.2.2019 was cancelled and the Respondent No. 4 has again been transferred to Block Vijaipur.
Upon a query made by this Court, the petitioner could not establish his locus standi to file this writ petition. Moreover, no legal injury has been caused to the petitioner which may call for any interference by this Court.
The writ petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
