The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 176 of 2019 State Versus Pradeep Singh pertaining to Case Crime No. 240 of 2018 under sections 332, 353, 323, 504 I.P.C. P.S. Rajabpur district J.P. Nagar, Amroha pending in the court of second Additional Civil Judge(S.D.)A.C.J.M. Amroha.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has been falsely implicated by the police under the alleged sections.
In that view of the matter, they are permitted to move discharge application through counsel before the trial Court within one month from today and the trial court shall decide the same within a period of two months from the date of filing of application alongwith certified copy of this order.
Till the discharge application is decided, no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant.
With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
