Heard Sri Raghuraj Singh, learned the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and perused material on record.
The present criminal revision been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.10.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Auraiya in maintenance Case No. 508 of 2019 (Anju @ Dolly Rajpoot Vs. Pradeep Rajpoot) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. registered at Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiaya pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court,Auraiya.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want press the present criminal revision and the same may kindly be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of above, the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed.
